My online program, R4PoweRTM has been developed specifically for 12 to 15 year old children to help them learn to deal with struggles and overcome life's challenges.
R4PoweRTM was developed and validated in live educational settings and has been proven to have a positive effect on the youth's life and school performance. Now an exciting online version of this program utilizes an interactive 3-D environment, stimulating the user's imagination and promoting exploration. Another unique component of this program is the ability to interact with several Virtual Classmates™. Virtual Classmates™ are part of a video-based peer-to-peer learning style that helps the user identify with, retain, and integrate information as they go through the program.
My colleagues and I developed and validated R4PoweRTM in actual classrooms, and the material has been proven to have a positive effect on kids' life and school performance. Users learn from me – their “Coach” – and from Virtual Classmates – actors who simulate a classroom learning environment with multiple perspectives and realistic discussion.
